I've stood in those classrooms, felt that exhaustion, and also witnessed the incredible joy that comes from shaping young lives. That's why I'm committed not just to supporting young children but to walking alongside the adults who care for them, because your well-being matters just as much as theirs.

Intentional Living
I love being with people, but I refuel in stillness, quiet mornings, and solo coffee runs. I bring deep reflection and purpose into every space I enter.
With over two decades in education, my passion for teaching runs deep. But my most eye-opening education journey started after age 35, when I became a "geriatric mom" (yes, that's the medical term). I'm also a proud bonus mom and bonus grandmom.
My favorite colors are yellow, pink, and olive green. If you spot me wearing them or see them in my background, it's because they help me feel joyful, grounded, and fully myself.
When I'm not coaching, speaking, or designing resources, you'll find me in the kitchen, trying a new recipe or reinventing a familiar one.
Everything I teach, coach, or create has been shaped by lived experience. I don't believe in quick fixes, I believe in joy, intention, and building lives and classrooms that last.
Join educators and caregivers across the country who are discovering the joy of intentional, sustainable practice. Let's create something beautiful together.
